This is the kind of style I want to go for with my prefab protest sign(s). There’s a bar in Sheffield that has it emblazoned across a whole wall and I always thought that the placards epitomized what a protest sign looks like. I asked for some advice on the typeface used in They Live here as I thought it would suit these posters, but I think having looked around Interstate Black Condensed is somewhere between the two in it, so I’ll go with that.
“Manifesto.” is an ongoing project that leaves the final result to one side so as to focus on the creative process. It brings together under one roof the personal manifestos of some of today’s smartest and most renowned international designers.
